Weekly mums sewing social

Are you a busy mum who would like to take some time to relax and meet other mums? Join Collette Costello, a qualified sewing teacher, and other mums for weekly coffee, cake, and sewing.

Held on Wednesday mornings (10am — 11:30am) at Urmston Books and Board Games, this informal meet-up is a chance to connect with other mums while learning hand sewing. Booking is required.

Tickets include a drink and a cookie. Sewing threads and equipment will be provided — just bring something to decorate, such as a tote bag or an old babygrow. You can also create your very own rag wreath.

Let’s create together. Mums of all ages and babies are welcome!

After a brief half-term hiatus, Collette has opted to hold sessions with different community members or local charity groups as ad-hoc meet-ups on various dates and at different locations across Trafford.
